The construction of 80 kilometer pipeline from Turkey was completed

The final part of the underwater pipeline, total length of which is 80 km, was completed on the 7th of August. “Project of the Century” is now complete, and during the next two week, Northern Cyprus will receive the first of fresh water coming from Turkey.
The 630 million project will be fully completed on October 29, and Turkish president, Recep Erdogan, is expected to come to the opening ceremony. By the end of the year, all North Cyprus regions will be connected to the new pipeline. The capital of TRNC, Lefkosa, was completely connected this week.
