Foreign citizens who are owners of property in Northern Cyprus, and received titles to this property, must pay an annual tax on the property before the end of April. Annual property tax is 1 Turkish lira per each sq.m. of the property, as well as an additional 25% for the pool. Taxes may also be paid by two instalments, in April and September.
