A power of attorney will be sent to you by Alliance-Estate, and you can register it at the Turkish Consulate/Embassy. Once the power of attorney is received in Northern Cyprus, the company will start looking for buyers for your resale property. Regardless of where your property is located—Girne, Iskele, or Kyrenia—Alliance-Estate handles the search for buyers for your apartment or house. When closing the deal, we will need your bank account information, either in Northern Cyprus or abroad.
The cost of our services for selling your property is 5%. Additionally, the company offers full support with contract registration, tax payments, applications to the Ministry of the Interior, title deed transfers to your name, and other legal services.
