The property is a 40 minutes’ drive from Ercan/Nicosia airport and 10 minutes’ drive from the historic town of Farmagusta. The best beaches in the whole island start within 1 mile from the property which is the gateway to the Southeast coast of the famous Karpaz Peninsular (the Panhandle).
The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the 3rd with a sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen area, dining area, large open-plan living area with fireplace and TV, with terrace off, leading to a well-stocked garden, gazebo and BBQ and access to the parking area.
